1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking services from Krishna Wedding Designer, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Services

We provide wedding and event decoration services, including (but not limited to) stage décor, mandap décor, floral styling, entry gates, and venue setups. Final designs depend on venue conditions, availability of materials, and the approved quotation.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and written confirmation (WhatsApp/email/invoice).
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any special requests should be shared in advance for feasibility and pricing.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shared in quotations and may vary based on design complexity, venue size, travel distance, and material availability.
Remaining payment must be completed before or on the event day as agreed in the quotation.
Any additional work requested during setup may be billed separately.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once materials are booked or work has started.
Rescheduling depends on availability. Any cost difference for the new date/design will be adjusted.
If an event is canceled due to factors beyond our control after materials are arranged, charges may apply as per the incurred costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide correct venue details, timing, permissions, and access for setup and dismantling.
Ensure the venue provides basic necessities (power, reasonable working space, and security as required).
Inform us about any venue restrictions (hanging points, fire safety, noise/time limits, etc.).

7. Photography & Portfolio Use

We may take photos/videos of our decoration work for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Liability

We take care during setup; however, we are not responsible for damages caused by venue staff, guests, weather conditions, or third-party vendors. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service charges paid for the particular booking.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
